Advanced Psychological Services

Advanced Psychological Services (APS) is a transformative program that empowers patients to not only learn about the process of change and leadership but also actively participate in life-changing experiences. During our most challenging adventures, patients learn a wide array of skills, from management, self-control, and persistence to negotiations, effectiveness, and above all, never giving up. My goal is to help patients cultivate a behavior that is oriented towards achieving their goals.

APS program is designed to help you overcome anxiety and transform into a world-class adventures seeker. Our experiences, collected during climbing High Mountains, have the power to change your life. The pictures below illustrate some of our journeys, and we invite you to join us and experience these transformational moments for yourself.

I believe that challenges are opportunities to learn how to design a successful life and become failure immune. Our program is designed to help you achieve your goals and live your best life. We look forward to helping you on your journey to success!

Discover your deepest desires

Reality is a projection of your thoughts or things you habitually think about. Your entire life and everything in it is a result of your belief system coupled with your thoughts.  The feelings and emotions you have cement this in your mind, and the illusion of all of this combined is what you see as your reality on a moment-to moment and day-to-day basis.

Burn the Boats

There is a story about Hernando Cortes. In 1519, eleven ships carrying 600 Spaniards landed on an inland plateau that would one day be known as Mexico. Their goal was to conquer an empire that had amassed a massive fortune of gold, silver, and precious gems. However, with just 600 men, most of whom were vastly under supplied, the prospect of conquering the vast Aztec empire seemed like an impossible task However, Cortes was undeterred. Rather than charge forward upon landing in Mexico, Cortes gathered his men on the beach and promptly gave the order to burn the ships they just arrived on, effectively destroying their only escape route. The only choice left was to push forward and succeed. “Burning the ships” is the precommitment necessary for change to happen.

"Burn the Boats". Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose.

Follow your Dreams

Never Give Up. When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone. Refuse to throw in the towel. Go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure.

On the top of dreams

If you nurture your mind, body, and spirit, your time will expand. You will gain a new perspective that will allow you to accomplish much more.

I learn to see things from different perspectives and listen with different ears. The most important thing that you need to do is really listen. There are so many people in the world with so many different perspectives. But ultimately, at the heart of it, they’re curious creatures.

Yes
“If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.”

Knowledge, you may get from books but wisdom is trapped within you, release it

I am committed to my personal growth and development. Each day, I embrace the opportunity to learn, grow, and become a bettor version of myself. I am dedicated to continuous progress, knowing that small steps lead to great achievements. With focus, perseverance, and a positive mindset, I unlock my full potential and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

The journey to Ithaka

As you set out for Ithaka
hope your road is a long one,
full of adventure, full of discovery.
Laistrygonians, Cyclops,
angry Poseidon—don’t be afraid of them:
you’ll never find things like that on your way
as long as you keep your thoughts raised high,
as long as a rare excitement
stirs your spirit and your body.
Laistrygonians, Cyclops,
wild Poseidon—you won’t encounter them
unless you bring them along inside your soul,
unless your soul sets them up in front of you.

Hope your road is a long one.
May there be many summer mornings when,
with what pleasure, what joy,
you enter harbors you’re seeing for the first time;
may you stop at Phoenician trading stations
to buy fine things,
mother of pearl and coral, amber and ebony,
sensual perfume of every kind—
as many sensual perfumes as you can;
and may you visit many Egyptian cities
to learn and go on learning from their scholars.

Keep Ithaka always in your mind.
Arriving there is what you’re destined for.
But don’t hurry the journey at all.
Better if it lasts for years,
so you’re old by the time you reach the island,
wealthy with all you’ve gained on the way,
not expecting Ithaka to make you rich.

Ithaka gave you the marvelous journey.
Without her you wouldn’t have set out.
She has nothing left to give you now.

And if you find her poor, Ithaka won’t have fooled you.
Wise as you will have become, so full of experience,
you’ll have understood by then what these Ithakas mean.
