Emotion Regulation Self-Assessment (DERS)

The Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) is a widely used, research-validated questionnaire that measures how you understand, accept, and manage your emotions — especially when you are upset.

You will rate a series of statements on how often they apply to you. When you finish, you will receive your scores across the emotion regulation domains, compared with community and clinical reference groups, and you may optionally share your results with the clinician.
